If you click on the item you will get more information about the product, including sizing and colours available. If you want to buy anything, just select the quantity and click to add to your shopping cart.
At this point you’ll be taken to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping, edit your basket, or start to get ready for checking out.
Please note that as a result of ongoing UK-wide measures in response to Covid-19, your delivery may take longer to arrive than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Our delivery charges are set according to the postage rates from Royal Mail. You can read the full details about our delivery options and international postage in our terms and conditions here.
Items will be dispatched Royal Mail First Class to addresses in the UK (£3) and to international addresses using a standard mailing service (£5).
Orders of Gift Vouchers and Friends Memberships only will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class and cost £2 for domestic addresses and £3 for overseas.

Orders must be placed by 13:00 for next day delivery if you select the Special Delivery Option. Any orders placed after this time will be processed as next day deliveries, but will be shipped on the following day.
Once you’re happy with the contents of your basket and you’ve checked your shipping options to get your final total, you can proceed to checkout.
You can go through checkout as a guest, or create an account for our online shop. If you have previously had a log in for the online shop you will need to re-register. Please note that if you have created an account to buy tickets through edfringe.com that this is a separate account and you will not automatically have a log in for the online shop. Your information will be stored for future purchases but we will only contact you to update you on your order.
Once you’ve entered your details and placed your order, you’ll receive an email from our payment processor, Worldpay, as well as a confirmation of your order from us. We’ll also email to let you know when your order has been dispatched – please note that estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not order.

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please make sure that you have placed your order by 13:00 the following dates, according to delivery address:
- UK - 2nd class – Wednesday 18 December
- UK - 1st class – Friday 20 December
- UK - Next Day Special Delivery – Friday 20 December
- EU - Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands, Spain and Germany – Monday 16 December
- EU - France, Belgium and Republic of Ireland – Wednesday 18 December
- USA and Canada – Friday 13 December
- Australia and New Zealand – Thursday 12 December
- Rest of world – Dates vary (09 – 18 December). Please contact us for details.
Please Note: Our last post collection before our offices close for the festive period will be on Friday 20 December. Any orders on this day must be placed before 13:00 in order for us to process them in time. Our offices will be closed from 18:00 on Friday 20 December until Monday 06 January 2020 and no orders will be processed in that time. Any orders received during this period will be processed when the office and shop reopen.
