If you click on the item you will get more information about the product, including sizing and colours available. If you want to buy anything, just select the quantity and click to add to your shopping cart.
At this point you’ll be taken to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping, edit your basket, or start to get ready for checking out.

Items, except items Made to Order (details below), will be dispatched Royal Mail First Class to addresses in the UK (£4.50) and to international addresses using a standard mailing service (from £6 ) depending on the size and weight of the parcel).
Our delivery charges are set according to the postage rates from Royal Mail.
Deliveries outside of United Kingdom may be subject to duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of you as the customer.
Some items are dispatched direct from our print provider and it may be that your order will arrive in separate deliveries. Please check your dispatch notification(s) for more information.

If your order contains any items on preorder then the whole order will be dispatched when the preorder is available.
Gift Vouchers can be ordered either as a physical voucher that will be posted to you (or the recipient directly if you wish) or as an e-voucher which will be sent by email and is supplied with a pdf voucher that can be addressed to the recipient.
You will receive a confirmation of your order, which is generated automatically when the order is placed- this is not the voucher. Vouchers are not automatically generated and will be processed and sent to you within two business days of receipt of your order. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS VOUCHERS ARE TAKING LONGER TO BE FULFILLED. If you have not received an email with the voucher codes and pdf to send (or print) please check your junk folder in case it is there and if you still have not received it please drop us an email at email@example.com. Please note due to office closure e-vouchers must be ordered by 1pm on 20 December to be received by Christmas.
Sending Direct to Recipient
We can send your order direct to the recipient- just choose their shipping address at checkout. You can also add on a card which we can personalise please visit here. (Please note there are some items that come direct from our supplier and we are not able to send our card with the items but can send the card to let them know where they have come from!)
Click and Collect
Our Click and Collect service is open at 180 High Street, EH1 1QS. Pick up is available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 11am and 4pm.
MADE TO ORDER items are not available from Click and Collect

Customised goods, these are goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised for you, for example, but not limited to, where the goods consist of an item of clothing that has your name printed on it or is marked as Made to Order on our website.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Customised goods delivery
Our customised goods are made to order and delivered separately from other orders. These Items are marked as Made to Order on our website. Our click and collect service will not be available for Made to Order products as they are made off site and a delivery charge is applied to send the order from our supplier.
Shipping Costs will vary depending on items and location but will be clear at checkout, expedited delivery will also be available on some items. If you have a query about shipping costs please contact email@example.com
Made to order products should be dispatched within 14 days of your order. Occasionally, however, a particular item may take slightly longer due to the custom-made nature of these products.
Once you’re happy with the contents of your basket and you’ve checked your shipping options to get your final total, you can proceed to checkout.
You can go through checkout as a guest, or create an account for our online shop. If you have previously had a log in for the online shop you will need to re-register. Please note that if you have created an account to buy tickets through edfringe.com that this is a separate account and you will not automatically have a log in for the online shop. Your information will be stored for future purchases but we will only contact you to update you on your order.
Once you’ve entered your details and placed your order, you’ll receive an email from our payment processor, Worldpay, as well as a confirmation of your order from us. We’ll also email to let you know when your order has been dispatched – please note that estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not order.
All Fringe Friends can enjoy 10% off merch both online and in the Fringe Shop. Gift memberships, Gift vouchers and certain product lines are excluded from the discount.

From time to time we offer discounts and discount codes. To be the first to know about them sign up to our mailing list.
Some items including Gift Vouchers are not included in any discounts that we offer.
You can cancel a Made to Order product up to 24 hours after it has been made. Simply send us an email, including your order number to email@example.com
You can read the full details of our returns policy in our terms and conditions. If you need to return anything, please check our policy and then drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know why you need to return the item.
However, unless they are defective, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been washed or worn.
Holiday posting dates for 2022
Unfortunately due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by Christmas. As our office and shop close at Christmas our last dates for processing and posting orders are as follows please make sure that you have placed your order by 18:00 the following dates, according to delivery address:
- UK - 1st class – Monday 19 December
- USA and Canada Thursday 1 December
- Australia and New Zealand – Wednesday 30 November
- Rest of world – Dates vary (01 – 5 December). Please contact us for details.
Please Note: Our last post collection before our offices close for the festive period will be on Tuesday 20 December. Any orders on this day must be placed before 13:00 in order for us to process them in time.
Gift Vouchers (including E-Vouchers) must be ordered by 13.00 on Tuesday 20 December- and will be sent as an email/pdf.
No orders including E-gift vouchers will be processed after Tuesday 20 December until Thursday 5 January 2022. Any orders received during this period will be processed when the office and shop reopens.
